Order procedure (options)

• Click on "Order Form" and electronically fill out your order - Save the filled out form on your computer and click on the e-mail link sales@conceptone.us - Attach your saved order document and e-mail to C1
• or - Download and print the blank order form, fill out manually and fax your order to 801-905-6709
• or - Call our main phone line and submit your order to 850-387 4871

Either way - you will receive an order confirmation and shipping/tracking info by e-mail or fax.

Order Tracking - After receiving your tracking number and freight company, click on the respective link and enter your tracking # in the carrier's tracking box to review the shipping status of your order.

Please note that C1 uses Yellow Freight for most truck shipments. If you prefer using a different carrier, please provide us with the necessary contact information and instructions.
